If you are into CrossFit then you have to be dedicated to it. Regular gym sessions are a must. However, due to our busy lives, it is not always possible to go to the gym. That doesn’t mean that you have to skip your regular exercise routine. You can do various CrossFit exercises at home. 

A Day At Mum’s House
This is a 20 minutes routine that includes pushups, squats, and situps. You should do 10 pushups, 20 situps, 15 squats, and a run around the block. This at-home exercise routine has been designed by Kara Webb, runners-up of the 2017 Games. She got trained at home for 1 year in her mom’s balcony and so is the name of the routine. You can use accessories as handstands and plank hold with these exercises. 

Death by Bodyweight
This is a 30 minutes routine that is very effective. In the first 10 minutes, you will do air squats in multiples of 3. Then in the next segment, you will do sit-ups in the multiples of 2. In the last segment, you will do pushups and burpees in multiples of 1. The four-time CrossFit Games athlete Noah Ohlsen did this workout when he was stuck in the house due to Hurricane Irma. In this exercise, if you reach a moment where you cannot continue the exercise, just move into the next exercise.

Walls to Knees
This exercise will take 20 minutes to complete and you should do as many rounds as possible within this time frame. It includes 10 strict knees-to-elbows and 3 wall walks. If you struggle you can reduce the workout to 15 minutes.

This exercise is best for both beginners and the advanced level CrossFitters. It includes 5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, and 15 air squats. You have to do this in 20 minutes. You will feel the burn after the exercise and realize how effective it is. 

This exercise is named after Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy. The exercise consists of a 1-mile run, 100 push-ups, 200 pull-ups, 300 air squats, and then a 1 mile run again. You must break up the push-ups and pull-ups into sections. This is appropriate for the advanced-level CrossFitters.

It is a very effective exercise to burn calories fast. The workout is very intensive and that’s why you will see the results quickly as well. So, you can try out these exercises at home.
