The CFU Sports Performance program is designed for teams looking to enhance their performance physically and mentally, while reducing their risk for injury.
Athletes will learn how to become more explosive through the use of functional movements, they will gain; cardiovascular endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, accuracy, agility, and balance. Our workouts will push the athletes limits physically and mentally. They will be able to perform at a higher level physically and will be able to deal with more adversity after going through our program.
