Its an excellent test of the three components that make up Crossfit.

Elizabeth or Dianne….. We do not get along

What does CrossFit mean to you?

Crossfit to me is about coming everyday and finding a new weakness, and working so hard that you eventually make that weakness a strength.  Its all about the process and making yourself comfortable in an uncomfortable situation.

Fitness/Athletic background?

I played Collegiate Baseball at Francis Marion University

Workout Music of choice?

90’s Punk Rock or 80’s.  But really anything except Drake
